Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

Can I put superstickers on my water bottle?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Where can I find your products in person?

We are always updating our website with our in person events and our partnered retail shops. Please follow this link to our current stockist.

Oops! Can I add more items, switch items or cancel my order?

Send us an email. If your order hasn’t shipped out yet we’ll be able to accommodate your request. If your order has left the building we will reply with an email on the return or exchange process. If you  want more items, you may have to start a new order.

Hello? Where is my order?

It can take between 1-4 days to prepare a package for delivery. If several weeks have passed since placing your order and you haven’t received anything, please send us an email so we can investigate. If for some reason it is determined that your package was lost in transit, we can issue a full refund or ship you a new package.

I received the wrong/faulty/defective product.

We apologise that your package did not arrive as expected :/  We do our very best to ensure each order is checked twice and as real humans fulfil orders, sometimes ‘one does get away’. Please send us an email with a quick note including a  photo so we can fix this right away.
