We ship from Toronto, Canada — worldwide!

Stickers, pins & goods — ready to ship in 1–2 business days.

Art prints — made to order just for you by our print partner Gelato. Printing takes 2–4 business days, then your print ships from the facility closest to you. Most orders arrive within about a week (our last one landed in 3 days!).

Rates — calculated at checkout based on your address and shipping speed.

Toronto locals — free local delivery for original artwork! Email cat@catchoo.co to arrange a time.

Tracking — every order includes tracking, emailed as soon as your goodies are on their way.

Returns

We want you to be super happy and 100% satisfied — email cat@catchoo.co within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items — contact us immediately (a photo helps!). We’ll replace or refund, no hassle — including made-to-order prints that arrive flawed.

Made-to-order art prints — each print is made just for you, so we can’t accept returns unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Stickers & goods — unused, in original packaging, returnable within 14 days. Email cat@catchoo.co first to arrange it.

Sale items & gift cards — final sale.

Refunds — once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (banks can take a few days to post).
